Bible Review: Hidden In My Heart - Scripture Memory Bible

"I have hidden Your Word in my heart that I may not sin against You," Psalm 119:11 is the verse that this New Living Translation Bible is based upon.  Hidden In My Heart Bible is a new Bible presented by Tyndale Publishers.  This Bible encourages young readers to memorize Scripture which allows them to store in their hearts the priceless treasure of God's Word.  It has been such a blessing in my life to be able to pray Scripture and to declare the truth of God's Word over and over.

This Bible contains so many wonderful resources to get the reader immediately immersed into the word of God.  Some of the extras are:

* Code for 100 FREE downloadable songs which have been set to music by children’s author and song writer Stephen Elkins. The 100 songs include a variety of genres and are available in the New Living Translation, New International Version, and King James Version

* It gives three translations of the 100 core verses in the NLT, NIV and KJV! (I love this feature as you can reference the three versions at once)

* Practical Notes help the reader to apply the Biblical situations to everyday life situations

* 100 Hide it Helpers that provides ways to help with memorizing and apply God's Word

* Core 100 Digging Deeper gives additional insights to the memorization passages of Scripture

This is Bible has been so well thought out!  This Bible is a soft cover edition that comes in a book sleeve to give it a bit more protection as you take it along with you.  I love how it includes so many additional resources that gives the reader the opportunity to dig deeper into Scripture.

This would make a great first Bible for anyone at any age.  It promotes and presents a clear outline for hiding God's Word in our hearts so that we may not sin against God.

I received this book free from the Tyndale House Publishers. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commissions 16 CFR, Part 255
